Camping at Desert Trip is more than just a place to sleep. We're offering an array of great food, fun activities and relaxing accommodations to keep you entertained until it's time to stroll on over to the concert. Camping on-site is the most convenient way to experience your Desert Trip weekend.

Please Note

  • Purchase of a camping space does not include a show pass.
  • Camping is open from 9am Thursday until 10am Monday.
  • Camping is available only to 3-day pass holders. Camping passes are sold for the entire weekend only.
  • We do not limit the number of campers allowed in each RV, car camping or tent space. However, everyone in your campsite must be wearing a show wristband.

CAR CAMPING

$99 + fees

Car Camping lets you set up your tent right next to your vehicle. You get a 10 ft. x 30 ft. space upon which you can create your own soft-sided Xanadu. It’s amazing to see the spectacular shaded spaces folks come up with. No vehicle ins/outs.

Car campers can purchase an additional Camping Companion Parking Pass (one per site) that allows an additional vehicle to be parked overnight in a separate lot.

TENT CAMPING

$99 + fees

Tent Camping gives you a 10 ft. x 15 ft. spot with just other tents around. Tent camping includes a parking pass to park your car in a separate lot. No ins/outs.

RV CAMPING (50 AMP/30 AMP)

RV camping lets you stay in comfort, with 30 amp and 50 amp sections where you can plug in, plus roaming potable water trucks and pumping trucks so you can top off and drain out with ease (additional charges may apply). For safety, all RVs, trailers and other such vehicles must be classified as a “vehicle made for sleeping” to enter RV camping. No vehicle ins/outs.

LAKE ELDORADO TEEPEES

$1,600 + fees

Secluded on-site camping resort comes with a fully pitched and “ready to go” teepee style tent (16” diameter) equipped with two cots. Each cot comes with a sleeping bag and pillow that are yours to keep. (Any left will be donated to the Coachella Valley Rescue Mission.) Price includes a single overnight parking spot for the weekend in an adjacent lot.

LAKE ELDORADO TENTS

$1,600 + fees

ADDITIONAL RULES FOR LAKE ELDORADO

  • Lake Eldorado campers can visit all other campsites. However, the Lake Eldorado area is reserved for its patrons.
  • Teepees and tents are assigned on-site, first come, first served. Arrive early to ensure your favorite location.
  • Damages to teepees or tents will be billed directly to your credit card.
  • No swimming in Lake Eldorado.
  • No pop-up tents.
  • No smoking inside the tents or teepees.

SAFARI TENTS

$10,000

The Safari Area is the ultimate Desert Trip VIP experience. This exclusive site includes fully-furnished and air-conditioned Shakir-style tents with 1 or 2 queen beds (or set up as a private day lounge for guests sleeping off-site), private off-site check-in, free adjacent private parking lot, on-site concierge that will help transport luggage from vehicle to tent, transportation to/from concert venue, breakfast/late night snacks, restrooms and showers, dedicated security and secure fence lines, outdoor chairs, shade tents, outdoor lighting, games and more. All will be set up and awaiting your arrival.

Safari packages come with two 3-Day Passes to Desert Trip with reserved floor seating and access to the Diamond Lounge.
